Purchases are non-transferable and cannot be re-used on a different account.
This applies to Gem Packs, Stone Packs, Event Boosts, Module Packs, Special Bundles.
The only exception is for: Disable Ads, Starter Pack, Epic Pack and Premium Passes which can be automatically restored - see Purchases Restore.
