- Through the web widget found on this site, our main website or our web store
- By email at support at techtreegames dot com
Once you submit a request, you will receive an email confirming your ticket number.
If you need to update your ticket, provide additional details, receipts, screenshots or videos, just reply to that confirmation email.
Do not provide links to cloud drives, for security reasons, we will not access them.
For purchase receipts, please provide the actual receipt and not a bank/credit card statement.
