This article will provide insights into why sometimes there are no Ads to display, and explain what to look for to report an Ad to the advertiser network and/or to us.
Ads not loading
There are 2 main causes:
- Connectivity issues, due either to poor internet performance in your region/globally, or to the use of a VPN/Ad blocker on your device/home network.
- The advertiser network does not have any Ads to show in your region at that time.
Both are out of our control.
Ads not working properly
If you encounter Ads that are not ending/cannot be closed, please report them to the advertiser network and to us.
How to report an Ad
For every ad there is an info button usually located in one of corners, placement can vary depending on the network showing the ad.
Clicking on that info button will reveal the network and will allow you to report the ad to them.
Reporting an ad to us
When submitting a ticket to report an ad, please include the following:
- name of the network presenting the ad (see steps above)
- name of the product/game the ad is for
- screenshot of the ad
- details about the issue encountered
